Fiesta!

I finally had my birthday party today, I wasn't sure I could wait any longer. It was a FIESTA! We had a Qdoba Burrito Bar for dinner, well most people did, I ate rice, cheese, sour cream, and some of Aunt Sara's fruit salad. There was lots of good food though and people just kept eating and eating, so I had to go play with my friends and cousins while we waited for all the adults to finish.

Me just being silly, that is my "cheese" face.

After dinner it was singing and ice cream sundae/brownie/cookie time. Everyone came into the kitchen and helped sing to me. I kept looking around at everyone and making a big silly grin. When they were done singing Mommy wanted me to blow out the candle, I didn't have enough hot air to do it though so I needed some extra help.

Waiting while everyone sang Happy Birthday.

Getting the air ready to blow out the candle.

Some extra help.

After dessert time it was present time. I have never seen such a pile of gifts and they were just for me. I promise to share them with all my friends and cousins when they play at our house. I had lots of fun opening the cards and when Mommy was done reading them I went and handed them back to each person they were from. I am really silly everyone said. Then I got to the good stuff.

I got the train table from Mommy and Daddy on my birthday, but I got lots of new things for it. Uncle Nick, Aunt Sara, Owen, Sophia, and Harrison got the Sodor Oil Depot. Matt, Jess, and Brandon got Cranky the Crane. Grammi and Pepaw Adler got the Water Tower Figure 8 Set of tracks and my new favorite train book and a few t-shirts. Mimi and Papa got Henry, Spencer, and Mavis. Mommy and Daddy got the Thomas Birthday Train. My table is really looking awesome now, maybe I won't have to climb on top to play with all my trains.

Uncle Jon and Karla got the Playskool Bounce Back Racer for me. We took it out right away and tried it. It was a good thing Grammi had a car full of new batteries, this car and remote alone took 7. I had a little trouble sharing this, and of course everyone wanted a turn. I am so glad they found this one!

I am really into playing games right now. Aunt Lisa and Uncle Adam got the game Elefun for us to play. It is really cool, butterflies come floating out of the elephant's trunk and you catch them in a net. They also got a Thomas card game, I played it with Bumpah and named all the trains.

Mike, Steph, Maddie, and Sophia got the Little People Garage. It was really neat and I have had some fun washing up the cars and filling them up with gas and putting air in the tires.

Bama and Bumpah Raschke got me the Fisher Price Camera. I have already taken over 70 professional looking pictures, mostly of random parts of my body and places in our house. They also got Superhero Memory. We played it and it was pretty hard. I was partners with Daddy and we did alright, Mommy was the winner. Aunt Jessie got a CD full of songs with my name, it is going to sound great in the car to sing along too.

Me sitting with all the loot.

I also received some gifts in the past few weeks from family who couldn't make it to the party. I got a neat new microphone and CD from Aunt Donna and Uncle Willi. I have been using the "phone" lots to sing along to Christmas carols. I also got a Night Before Christmas book from my cousin Donna in New York, the pictures are so pretty. I am sure Mommy won't let me read it by myself, it is too nice. I also got some additions to my college fund from Great Grandma and Grandpa Jones and Great Grandma and Grandpa Adler. When I get to Purdue someday, it will be all ready for me!

I had a wonderful time at my fiesta. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR EVERYTHING!!! LOVE YOU!

They are still telling us mid-January. I don't see how it could be that much longer, because it seems like they have everything almost done! I can't believe how long Beckett's hair is! It is so cute with the little curls in the back! He is going to be such a lady killer when he grows up. :)
