June flew by really quickly and updating my blog didn't really happen too often. Here are some recaps from the rest of June.
I started back to gymnastics. I have had some trouble leaving Mommy when gymnastics first starts, but I warm up to Miss Heather and join my friends quickly. I have been doing forward rolls, jumping on the trampoline, walking the balance beam, and my favorite is swinging on the rope into the foam blocks.
I also started summer reading at the library. Mommy, Daddy, and I have been reading lots of books and then I get prizes and stamps when I show the librarian what we read. My favorite books right now are Dr. Seuss books, The Day the Babies Crawled Away, Yikes, and Goodnight Moon.
We also went to Valpo to stay with Bama and Bumpah for a few days while Daddy was in Milwaukee. We had lots of fun playing games, visiting with Mimi and Papa, and we went to see "Up".
For Father's Day, Mommy made monkey bread for Daddy, it was the first time I had it, Daddy was very happy. We also went treasure hunting and ate Yats for dinner. I had a bowl of cheese rice, YUM! Daddy also got a few new pairs of shorts and shirts from me. I hope my Daddy had a good day, I know I loved spending it with him!
We also did lots of stuff to get ready for my new baby. Mommy had lots of doctor appointments, I went with her to some and sometimes I got to play at Grammi and P-paw's house.
At the end of June we had a going away party for our friends/neighbors who are moving to Kansas. We will really miss them when they move. They also gave me their playset, which was a very special surprise--I was super happy to have Nolan, Joshua, and Evan share their playset with me. I promised to give it a good home.
So...that is June in a nutshell!
