The Apple Orchard

Today was a beautiful but chilly day for some apple picking with Bama, Bumpah, and Jessie in Hobart. It was a bit rainy when we first arrived, so we headed into the store to check out all the cool stuff. We picked up some apple cider and donuts while we waited too.

After the rain stopped, we checked out the live band and I showed off some cool moves.

Then we went on a tractor ride through the orchard to see what apples were looking the best. I snuggled up with Daddy because it was a bit cool out, Daddy didn't mind. We also wore our Purdue gear because Purdue beat Ohio State earlier in the day.

We rode a second tractor out to the pumpkin patch, but that was a BAD idea. It was really muddy and we decided to skip that and head back to the orchard to pick our apples.
On the way out to the pumpkin patch.

Checking out the muddy patch, people were out there too. They were covered in mud, someone had even left their socks on the tractor because they were destroyed. Bumpah had to help some people back into the tractor because they had gotten stuck in the mud.

Mommy and Scarlett all bundled up. That is mud on the tractor floor and all behind Bumpah and Mommy. GROSSIE!

We picked lots of yummy apples and had fun getting them off the tree, but the batteries in the camera were dead some Mommy couldn't get any more pictures of the day. Oh well, we still had lots of fun.
